This policy explains how we handle the personal data you give us through alarmasegurma.net, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect
- Quote form: your name, phone number, the postcode of your property in Spain, when you would like the alarm and, if you choose one, the kit you are interested in.
- WhatsApp, phone or email: whatever you decide to tell us in the conversation.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and the page you sent the form from, used only for security and to prevent abuse.
Please do not send us special categories of data (health, beliefs and so on); we do not need them.

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles about you, and we do not send advertising without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
- SEGURMA SA (Larrondo Kalea 3, 48180 Loiu (Bizkaia), Spain), the company that installs, maintains and monitors the alarm, when you ask for a survey or quote. It acts as a separate controller for the service contract.
- Service providers acting on our behalf (processors), under contract and only for the purposes above: web hosting and email (Hostinger International Ltd.) and an internal WhatsApp notification service (CallMeBot) that alerts us to new requests.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) if you choose to write to us there. Meta processes the conversation under its own terms and may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
- Public authorities when required by law.
We never sell your data.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of what was done before. Write to hola@alarmasegurma.net stating which right you want to exercise; we may ask you to prove your identity. We reply within one month.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority where you live.
6. Minors
This website is aimed at adults. Contracting a security service requires being of legal age, so we do not knowingly collect data from under-18s.
7. Security
The website runs over HTTPS. Access to the requests we receive is restricted, and we apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
8. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
